Abstract
We review the relationship between environmental enrichment and fish welfare, including occupational enrichment. We explain the different aspects that should be taken into account and conclude that occupational enrichment does not appear to have negative effects on growth and that it can help to cope with acute stressors. © 2019, International Center for Animal Law and Policy.
