Abstract

El paradigma «phygital» facilita la creación de narrativas especulativas en la interacción humana contemporánea, especialmente tras la «nueva normalidad». La investigación explora paisajes urbanos físicos y digitales para integrarlos de manera fluida. El objetivo es desarrollar experiencias inmersivas que transformen los paisajes urbanos. El trabajo culmina en el desarrollo de un artefacto innovador, el hiperconector (prótesis), que cierra la brecha entre lo físico y lo digital en espacios públicos. Este dispositivo fusiona capas digitales con entornos físicos mediante interacciones humano-computadora, usando tecnologías avanzadas, arte generativo, producción musical colaborativa, algoritmos sonoros e Internet de las Cosas. El artículo documenta el proceso detrás de la creación delhiperconector y examina el potencial de lenguajes de comunicación alternativos habilitados por tecnologías emergentes, buscando superar las limitaciones del urbanismo contemporáneo. Además, explora cómo este artefacto podría incentivar la participación activa de los ciudadanos en la mejora de los espacios públicos.
