Abstract

Se propone un procedimiento analítico para estudiar la sumergencia de aforadores de pared gruesa mediante la ecuación del equilibrio dinámico. Se determina numéricamente tanto el límite de sumergencia del aforador como la curva de gasto en situación de no sumergencia. En el cálculo de esta se consideran pérdidas de carga por rozamiento sobre el aforador. Los resultados del cálculo se han contrastado experimentalmente en un aforador de realce de solera con rampa de aproximación y salida completamente truncada. La condición de sumergencia que se obtiene, al igual que ocurre con la Ecuación de Gasto del aforador, puede ajustarse mediante una función potencial con objeto de facilitar su uso. La determinación de la sumergencia de un aforador de pared gruesa queda ahora fundamentada en la aplicación de los principios de la Hidráulica. Se mejora así el proyecto de aforadores y el límite de aplicación de la curva de gasto.
